The ACT American Coil Tubing team received a call at 10 p.m. from a valued, repeat customer. Their SWD well was sanded up and the field was shut in.

We mobilized the next morning and cleaned out their well in approximately 8 hours, recovering 300+ bbls of sand.

Once the well was cleaned out, the customer brought back his 11 wells into production.

The ACT American Coil Tubing team recently worked with a customer in South Texas to improve overall operations in their field.

The operator's saltwater disposal well w as completely plugged with sand, causing seven of their nine wells to be shut in. The injection pressure/rate was 1,800 psi and only 600 bbls/per day.

After ACT completed the cleanout operation, the rate was 200 psi and 16,500 bbls/per day, allowing the seven wells to come back on production.

Wow! What a year it's been. ACT American Coil Tubing started this time last year with one coil tubing spread and a vision to help customers with small-diameter CT needs.

Since that time, we've grown to three spreads, completed 182 jobs, helped 60+ customers in various applications, and have cleaned out enough sand from our client's wells to create a small island.

Inland Waters Coil Tubing Job!

An operator recently contacted ACT American Coil Tubing to help them bring their wells back onto production. They had purchased the inland-water assets from another oper ator, but all four wells were shut in because sand was blocking the perforations.

In less than 10 hours for each well, the ACT team used their small-diameter coil tubing equipment to remove the sand and bring three wells back to production. The fourth well was cleared and was ready for a workover rig.

Because ACT used a crane-mounted CT unit and a combo (fluid & nitrogen) pump, they were able to provide a highly efficient job with a small footprint.

The job was 100% successful and the client was happy with the service.
